Include the SKU, required quantity and the measurements you need to compare. For gutter brackets, describe the cross-section, lip and fixing location. Do not assume nominal gutter width confirms fit. We can explain listed product facts but do not provide structural approval.
Existing orders
Include the order reference when asking about confirmation, payment instructions, dispatch, changes or returns. For damaged or incorrect goods, keep the pack and send photographs of the affected item and packaging. Never include bank passwords or card details.
