These terms govern purchases of physical hardware from our US storefront. Read them with the product specifications and separate customer policies.
Choosing and requesting goods
You are responsible for checking the listed material, nail dimensions, pack count and gutter profile against your project specification before placing an order. Product photographs show representative individual items; the listed pack count controls the quantity supplied. We do not sell installation, repair, inspection or engineering services. No universal compatibility, structural load, code compliance or certification is represented.
Order formation
Submitting checkout sends a request, not a final acceptance or payment confirmation. We review the request and provide written confirmation of the items, delivery and payment arrangements. A contract is formed when we accept the order in writing. If we identify an error or unavailable item before acceptance, we explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed. We do not silently substitute materials or profiles.
Prices and fulfillment
Prices are USD with applicable tax included. Shipping is $7.95 below $75 merchandise subtotal and free at $75 or above. Delivery is limited to the contiguous US and DC. Preparation is 1–3 business days and transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Payment is by bank transfer following written confirmation; no funds are collected by this website.
Use and remedies
Follow the applicable project specifications and obtain qualified advice where selection or installation is uncertain. Do not use visibly damaged hardware. Our Returns Policy provides a 30-day unused complete-pack return window and a separate process for damaged or incorrect goods. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us first to resolve an order problem.
