Returns Policy
Check the profile and pack contents before installing hardware. Our standard return window is 30 calendar days after delivery.
Eligible goods
Unused nails and brackets may be returned in their original complete pack within 30 calendar days of delivery. Keep the packaging and pack identification. Installed, bent, cut, painted, weather-exposed or incomplete packs are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not remove any rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Start with the order reference
Email the order reference, SKU, quantity and reason for return before sending goods. We provide return instructions; send authorized returns to DOCO Roofing and Home, LLC, 10775 Wheatfield Ln, Parker, CO 80138, US. Pack metal goods securely so sharp points cannot escape the parcel. Obtain tracking and keep proof of posting.
Costs and damaged goods
For a change of mind or an incorrectly selected profile, you pay the return postage; original outbound shipping is not refunded. We charge no restocking fee. If goods arrive damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with photographs. We pay reasonable return shipping when a return is needed for our error or a confirmed defect and offer replacement or refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we notify you of the outcome within 5 business days and issue an approved refund within 10 business days. Refunds use the original payment route where possible; processing by your bank may take additional time. Contact us before returning an item if you need help resolving a problem.
