Delivery of physical roofing nails and gutter brackets within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
Territory and addresses
We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes or international destinations. Enter the complete street address, apartment or suite and ZIP code at checkout.
Rates and timing
Shipping is $7.95 per order below a $75 merchandise subtotal, and free at $75 or more. Applicable sales tax is included in listed prices; no additional tax is added at checkout. Preparation takes 1–3 business days after written order and payment confirmation. Transit is normally 3–7 business days after dispatch, for a combined 4–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Changes and delivery problems
Request address changes before dispatch. Once handed to the carrier, redirection may not be possible. We will confirm any extra carrier charge before proceeding. Contact us promptly about a missing or damaged parcel with your reference, delivery details and photographs of the package and affected hardware. Keep the packaging until we resolve the issue. We will review the shipment and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund rather than require you to pursue the carrier alone.
