Payment Policy
Checkout submits an order request in US dollars. Payment is arranged only after written confirmation.
No payment is collected at checkout
The website does not collect card details, bank credentials or online payment authorization. Submitting a request records your selected SKUs, pack quantities and contact details. It is not a bank-transfer instruction. Never send financial passwords or card details through the notes field or email.
Written confirmation and bank transfer
We review the order, delivery address and selected hardware before providing written acceptance and bank-transfer instructions. Pay only against that confirmed order. We do not describe a request acknowledgment as payment success. If an item cannot be supplied or a delivery detail requires correction, we explain the change before requesting payment; you may decline the revised order.
Prices and charges
All listed prices and confirmations are in USD. Applicable sales tax is included in the product price and no additional tax is added in the cart. Shipping is $7.95 below a $75 merchandise subtotal, free at $75 or above, within the contiguous US and DC. Your bank may charge its own transfer fee; ask your bank before paying. We do not add a separate merchant transfer fee.
Problems and refunds
Quote the order reference for payment questions. If you believe you received suspicious or altered payment instructions, call the published merchant number before sending funds. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after eligible return inspection or agreed cancellation; your bank may require additional processing time.
